Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to permit upgradation of eight posts of sanctioned Assistant Teacher L.T. Grade (sanctioned 19 posts) to Lecturer Grade in accordance with order dated 03.12.2015 passed by the State Government in compliance of judgment and order dated 13.08.2014 passed by this Court in Writ petition No. 4705 MS of 2014. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to classify the seven sanctioned posts of Head Clerk and one Assistant Clerk, three posts of Head Clerk and five posts of Assistant Clerk have also been sought. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director of Secondary Education U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 4. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
