It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle of the petitioner was confiscated through memo dated 23.03.2022 along with one another vehicle. He further argues that vide order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.1063 of 2025, the vehicle seized with the vehicle of the petitioner was released. 3. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in Writ-C No.1063 of 2025, the impugned orders dated 29.03.2023 and 10.06.2024 are quashed insofar as it relates to the petitioner only and the writ petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions and the direction as recorded in para 11 of the order dated 13.02.2025.
