Also heard Mr. K.K Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. Both these applications are filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023, in respect of Boko P.S Case No. 118/2025. From the petitioner Morjina Akhtar, 104 grams of Narcotic Drugs was recovered, whereas, from the petitioners Nosad Ali @ Naushad Ali and Mohidul Islam, 24 grams of Narcotic Drugs were recovered. Mr. K.K Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam submits that investigation of this case is already complete and for want of the F.S.L report, charge-sheet has not yet been filed. Page No.# 3/3 I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides, for allowing the bail prayer of the petitioners, no good ground could be shown by the petitioners for releasing them on bail.
