Case of the prosecutI-On, in briefI'S that On 18.02.2025, the RPSI along wI'th hl-s staff while conducting checking platforms at Visakhapatnam Railway Station, found the accused in possess,-on of 8.5Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seI®Zed under the cover of medl®ators report. 3. 4. On the Other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the grant of bail on the ground that investigation in the present crime is not yet completed. 5. Heard. Perused the record. 6. Learned counsel for the Petitioner Submitted that the contraband alleged to be seized from the possession of accused is 8.5Kgs of ganja, which -ls not of commercial quantity. lt is submitted that the petitioner had permanent abode and there is no possibility of his fleeing away from the justice. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that most of the witnesses are shown to be offic|lal w'ltnesses and the release of the accused would not cause hampering of investigation and tampering of witnesses. lt is submitted by the learned Assistant Public prosecutor that the petitioner herein has no previous crime record. 7. ln view Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the Case and since the contraband involved in the present crime 'ls not a commercial quantity, this court is inclined to grant ba" to the petit'loner herein. 8, ln the result, the Criminal Petition iS allowed With the following conditions: i.
