The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus by commanding and directing the opposite parties especially opposite party No. 6 to 14 to remove the encroachment from the 'public utility land' i.e. from Gata No. 391/6 having area 0.0620 Hectare and Gata No. 391/2 having area 0.3790 Hectare, situated at Village- Ketauli, hamlet of Raushi, Pargana & Tehsil- Dalmau, District- Raebareli; recorded as 'Banjar' and 'Naveen parti' respectively in the revenue records in order to secure the ends of justice." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated against the respondents no. 6 to 12 which are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the said proceedings preferably within a period of ninety days.
