Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 & 2 and Sri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. Under challenge is the advertisement dated 27.02.2025, a copy of which is annexure 2 to the writ petition passed by the respondent no. 3 i.e District Basic Education Officer, Unnao. By the said advertisement, it has been informed that all those persons who have worked as Academic Resources Person (hereinafter referred to as "ARP") previously, they would not be eligible for being appointed. The advertisement is in terms of the Government order dated 10.10.2024, a copy of which is annexure 3 to the writ petition. Clause 2 (3) of the aforesaid Government specifically provides that those ARPs who have worked previously for a maximum period of three years would be ineligible to apply for the post of ARP. Till such time, the aforesaid condition as provided in the Government order dated 10.10.2024 is not set aside, it is obvious that the petitioner would be ineligible for applying for the post of ARP and consequently, the impugned advertisement dated 27.02.2025 which adhers to the Government order dated 10.10.2024 does not appear to be erroneous in any manner. Considering the aforesaid, no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
