Ms. Shrutika, Advocate, vice Mr. Dheeraj K.Vashisht, Advocate, for the respondents. By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of Execution Petition No. 60 of 2025 titled as Gurdev Vs. HRTC & Anr., which came to be disposed of vide judgment dated 11.03.2025 taking note of statement made by learned counsel representing the respondents that appropriate orders in terms of judgment in issue shall be positively passed by the authority concerned within a period of two weeks. Since despite there being undertaking given by the learned counsel representing the respondents, needful never came to be done, applicant has approached this Court by way of an appliction for revival of execution. Before reply, if any, may be called in the application at hand, Ms. Shrutika, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that in terms of mandate contained the judgment, sought to be executed, pay of the petitioner has been revised and arrears on account of the same shall be paid within eight weeks.
