It is seen that the accompanying appeal had already been admitted. Further to that, vide an order dated 10.02.2016, there is a stay to the judgment and order dated 04.08.2015. 3. Taking into account that the accompanying appeal has already been admitted, this Court stays the impugned judgment and order dated 04.08.2015 passed in T.S.(P) Case No.1/2012 by the Court of the learned District Judge, Barpeta, till the disposal of the accompanying appeal. 4.
