Notice to respondent no. 2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. By this revision, the revisionist seeks following relief:- "WHEREFORE it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 10. 1. 2025 passed by Principal Judge Family Court Unnao in case no. 39/2024 U/S 125 Cr. P.C./144 BNSS P.S. District Unnao Styled Smt. Rukhsar Bano and another Versus Faiz alias Munna and allow the revision in the interest of justice." Perused the record. It is not in dispute that respondent no. 2 is legally wedded wife of the revisionist and respondent no. 3 is his minor son. Respondent no. 2 and 3 have been neglected and they are residing from the revisionist for a sufficient cause. They are destitute and unable to maintain themselves. I find the revisionist is capable of maintaining the private respondents. Thus, I find no illegality in the order impugned. The revision is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
