Learned counsel for the applicant informs that now, the applicant is not in his contact. 3. Considering the contents of written instructions duly signed by Sub Divisional Officer, Mitauli, Lakhimpur Kheri and the order dated 11.04.2025, this Court is of the view that the present contempt application has lost its efficacy, accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
