Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction commanding the learned Civil judge (Jr.Div.) Utraula Balrampur to conclude and decide the application bearing No.6c2under order 39 rule 1& 2 filed in original Suit No.262/2021 titled as Kripa ram verma Versus Mata prasad & others which is pending since long time and presently pending before learned Civil judge (Jr.Div.) Utraula Balrampur within stipulated period of time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
