Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- "To issue direction or order to direct learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur to decide the Crl. Misc. Case No. 153 of 2022 (Sanjana Gupta vs. Satyam Gupta) pending before him within the stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court think fit in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur to decide the Crl. Misc. Case No. 153 of 2022 (Sanjana Gupta vs. Satyam Gupta) pending before him, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 6. In view of the aforesaid terms, this petition stands disposed of.
