The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Sessions Case No.1529 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.0036/2019, under Section 135 of Electricity Act, 2003, Police Station Anti Power Theft, District Barabanki as well as to quash the charge sheet dated 26.05.2021 alongwith cognizance order dated 28.09.2021 and bailable warrant dated 27.02.2025. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicant move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
