The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C/528 B.N.S.S has been preferred with a prayer to to quash the entire proceedings of POCSO Case No.571 of 2021; State Versus Shiva alias Golu, arising out of Case Crime No.224 of 2021, under section-376 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, relating to the Police Station-Jahangirganj, District- Ambedkar Nagar, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar, as well as impugned chargesheet no.203/2021, dated 10.11.2021, submitted against the petitioner, under section-376 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, by the Investigating Officer in aforesaid case crime number, as contained in Annexure no.1 to the instant petition, in the light of compromise, attained between the parties. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
