Page No.# 2/2 Ms. Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite taking step she could not make any contact with the legal heirs of the appellant, who had already suffer demised. Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the
order dated 19.03.2025, the appeal should automatically abetted. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, and also in view of the order dated 19.03.2025, this Court is inclined to dispose of this appeal by holding that the same stands abetted. In view of the order passed in this appeal, the Registry shall return the LCR to the learned Courts below.
