In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.3 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking quashing of impugned letters annexed as Annexures 4 and 5 following proposed de-affiliation of petitioner institution from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya and its compulsory affiliation with Maa Pateshwari Devi University, Balrampur. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to permit petitioner-institution to continue its affiliation with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya has also been sought. 3. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 however, submits that by means of Notification dated 04.02.2025 issued by Maa Pateshwari Devi University, Balrampur, all the Post-Graduate Colleges of Districts Bahraich and Gonda have been affiliated with the said University. 4. Upon such submissions being made, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in order to challenge any subsequent affiliation of petitioner-University with opposite party no.3-University. 5.
