Puram, Srikakulam District wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet on 24.07.2021 vide S.C.No.46 of 2021 on the file of Special Judge cum IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide S.C.No.46 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of on the file of Special Judge cum IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
