Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.2073 of 2024 (Majhabi Vs. Mohd. Saruk and others), Police Station Kudwar, District Sultanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the criminal case in question, statements under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. have already been recorded and the case is being listed for orders under Sections 203/204 Cr.P.C. but only general dates are being given, therefore, indulgence of this Court is necessary to direct the court below to pass appropriate order under Section 203/204 Cr.P.C. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case is issued. 5. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties, going through the records as well as the order sheet annexed with the petition and the statement under Section 202 Cr.P.C. which has already been recorded on 30.9.2024 and still the case is being listed for order under Sections 203/204 Cr.P.C., this Court is of the view that an appropriate order be passed by the court below without any delay. 6. Learned court below is directed to pass an appropriate order under Section 203/204 Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
