1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a representation was made to the 2nd respondent by the 1st petitioner, however there was no response from the 2nd respondent or any of the respondents.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that a representation was received through PGRS No.ANPL20250220836, dated
20.02.2025. The 4th respondent caused enquiry at J P Agraharam Village, Rolugunta Mandal and found that the 1st petitioner was not staying in that village and efforts to contact the petitioner over phone could not fructify, and there is no response from the
petitioner, the 4th respondent closed the complaint temporarily and will reopen if the petitioner approaches the 4th respondent.
3. Considering the submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off leaving it open to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent. Upon receipt of representation from the petitioners, the 4th respondent shall consider it in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
