(Now Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023) has been filed with a prayer to set aside/quash the final report/charge sheet No.02/2022 filed under Section 323, 504, 325 and 308 I.P.C. dated 03.11.2022 in FIR No.0320/2019 dated 21.12.2019 under Section 323, 504 and 325 I.P.C., Police Station-Kandhai, District-Pratapgarh as well as cognizance order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for applicant, after arguing at some length, submits that present application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. In view of the above, the application is disposed of. It is provided that in case the applicant appears before the trial court within two weeks from today and applies for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
