The Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record. The opposite party is also personally present in the Court, but has not filed an affidavit. The Standing Counsel states that the notices were received by the opposite party on 22.2.2025 and, therefore, the affidavit could not be prepared. However, on the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that an order dated 15.1.2025 has been passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Jhansi Forest Division, Jhansi accepting the claim of the applicant and directing that Rs. 18,000/- per month be paid to him as wages/salary. As the claim of the applicant has been decided and accepted by the opposite party vide his order dated 15.1.2025, no purpose would be served by keeping the present contempt application pending. The contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a recall application in case amount due to the applicant under the order dated 15.1.2025 is not credited in the account of the applicant by 5.3.2025 and if there is any further non-compliance on any future date. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
