The petitioner, namely, Rashid Ali, son of Siraj Ali, resident of Village-Jugipara, P.S.- Dhula, District-Darrang has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 on 20.05.2025 seeking bail in Case No. RR/33/213 dated 13.04.2025, registered under Sections Page No.# 2/2 9/39/50/57 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, in which he was arrested on 13.04.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. A. K. Kanu, learned counsel is not pressing this bail application, to which Mr. I.
