Heard Shri Onkar Nath Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. In compliance of the order dated 17.03.2025 the instrument presented by the petitioner has been registered on 26.03.2025 by the concerned Sub- Registrar, a fact which is admitted to the petitioner's counsel. The Sub-Registrar, Sadar, Ayodhya has undergone some surgery, therefore, instead of him the Sub-Registrar, Sohawal, District- Ayodhya is present and affidavit has been filed by him in compliance of our detailing the mechanism in place for presenting an instrument for registration. There are four CCTV Cameras installed. We do not wish to proceed further in the matter, In the hope that such a situation will not be allowed in future.
