By way of CrlM No. 2183/2025, Registry has apprised this Court that while drawing the order dated 17-10-2025, due to typographical error the name of the victim finds mention, whereas, the petitioner had already filed an amended memo of parties and updated the cause title thereby masking the name of the victim (respondent No. 2). 2. Given the report of the Registry and also the law on the subject, there appears to be typographical error regarding description of the victim in the order dated 17-10-2025. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order to the extent of mentioning the name and particulars of the victim shall stand recalled and in the cause title there shall be masking of the name of the victim by recording as ABC. 3.
