Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (SD) Court No. 20, Barabanki to decide the Objection dated 10.02.2022 filed by the petitioner in the Regular suit No. 80 of 2022 (Ashish Kumar Rathore Vs. Mahendra Kumar Yadav and others) pending before him since 10.02.2022." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending objection with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
