SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS CLR No.113 of 2024 Hon’ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J 1. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the revisionist. 2. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The instant revision has been preferred against the interlocutory order passed in SCC Suit, which was subsequently decided, against which, Civil Revision No.22 of 2025 has been moved and both the revisions are clubbed together and listed today. 4. Since the SCC Suit has already been decided and the instant civil revision has been preferred against the interlocutory order, therefore, the same is now rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous, however the revisionist can take all plea in Civil Revision No. 22 of 2025. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 07.10.2025 R.Bisht
