The petitioner preferred the instant MCC for modification of the order dated 24-02-2025 passed in WPS No.1395 of 2025 on the ground that in the said order at para No. 2, the date of retirement and the months passed after retirement has been typed out as 30/06/2020 and 15 months respectively instead of 30/06/2024 and 7 months. 3. On due consideration, para 2 of the order dated 24-02-2025 passed in WPS No.1395 of 2025 is modified and the date of retirement and the months passed after retirement be read as 30/06/2024 and 7 months in place of 30/06/2020 and 15 months. 4. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of. 5.
