There is some order said to have been passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Colonelganj, District Gonda under Section 35 (2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner wants possession of the land in question in pursuance thereof and also compliance of the said order. 3. We are not the executing authority for the revenue authorities. They are themselves competent to execute their orders, if required, in view of Ajab Lal vs. Rakesh Kumar Mishra & Ors.; AIR 2007 All 158. If the orders are executable, proceedings can execution can be initiated. 4. If the petitioner wants demarcation of any gata and is entitled for the same, he can initiate proceedings as per law or if the same has already been initiated, then, it shall be concluded as per law, if there is no legal impediment. 5.
