This application has been filed praying for extension of time limit for appearing before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 51/2024 as mentioned in the order of this Court dated 30.04.20258 passed in Criminal Petition No.56/2025. 3. On 30.04.2025, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court on 09.05.2025 for seeking bail. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner being an employee of Indian Navy working somewhere outside of Assam, the petitioner has prayed for listing the matter on 3rd week of June, 2025. 5. The applicant is directed to appear before the Trial Court of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta in respect of Special POCSO Case No. 51/2024.
