Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an order or direction thereby commanding & directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), District- Ambedkar Nagar to decide the application for the interim relief/injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 of the C. P. C. pending in the Original Suit No. 928 of 2024 titled as "Sandeep & Another Versus Hari Ram & Another" in respect of the suit property situated at the Mohalla Ghasiaritola, Town- Jalalpur, Pargana Surhurpur, Police Station- Jalalpur, Tahsil- Jalalpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar within a shortest period as stipulated by this Hon'ble High Court as contained herewith and marked in ANNEXURE No.1 to the petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
