When this writ petition was listed for preliminary hearing in 'B' group, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submitted that the petitioner was recruited as a - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14368 WP No. 345 of 2024 Pourakarmika on 07.02.2024 under Karnataka Municipalities (Recruitment of Pourakarmikas in City Municipal Councils, Town Municipal Councils and Town Panchayats)(Special) Rules, 2022. 3. Therefore, the relief sought for in the writ petition is already granted to the petitioner. Hence, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
