[2] This present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: “i) Issue RULE NISI; Issue Rule calling upon the Respondents or each one of them to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus shall not be issued directing, mandating, commanding the Respondents to make payment of the balance legitimate entitlements for an amount of Rs. 2.12 Crores within a stipulated period as deemed fit for value of the works executed by the Petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% P.A w.e.f 08- 05-2023; delayed interest, also pay compensation Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh) only to the petitioner. (ii). Issue Rule calling upon the Respondent or each of them to show cause as to why a Writ in the nature of the Prohibition prohibiting Respondents from withholding the Bill or any part thereof submitted by the Petitioner after full execution and full satisfaction of the Respondents without any reasonable ground delayed in making payment. (iii) Issue any other appropriate writ or writs as to your Lordships may deem fit and proper to give full reliefs to your humble petitioner; (iv). In case the Respondent show caused or not your Lordships may be pleased to make the Rule absolute in terms of the prayers made in Sl. (i).&(ii) as above; (v).Any other relief or reliefs as the Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 14.03.2025 in the form of legal notice through his engaged counsel addressed to respondent No.1 ventilating his grievances but till date the petitioner herein has not got any positive response from the concerned respondent. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the legal notice dated 14.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. [5] With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed. DR.
