The defacto complainant and all the accused are present and the defacto complainant represented that she entered into a compromise as they are known to each other. A compromise memo, dated 19.03.2025 signed by the parties, is also filed before this Court. 4. This Court has perused the terms of the compromise memo. 5. Considering the nature of the offences and the relationship between the parties and they have also entered into a compromise, it is appropriate to allow this petition. 6. Recording the compromise, this petition stands allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.29 of 2023, dated 29.12.2023 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed.
