Petition has been filed seeking a direction to State Government to take a final decision with regard to report dated 21.09.2023 submitted by the Director, Secondary Education Prayagraj recommending enrollment of petitioner-institution with regard to Primary Section in grant-in-aid list. It is submitted that despite such recommendation having been made in September, 2023, no final decision has been taken till date. 3. Considering innocuous prayer, opposite party no.1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Secondary Education, Civil Secretariat U.P., Lucknow is directed to take a final decision with regard to report dated 21.09.2023 recommending petitioner-institution to be taken under grant in aid. In case such a decision has not yet been taken, the same shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon said authority along with a copy of report dated 21.09.2023. 4. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
