JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 21/04/2025 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew the prayer of bail after recording the testimony of injured namely-Prem Singh as well as doctor who gave the opinion with regard to the nature of injuries sustained by injured-Prem Singh. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Trial court is requested to record the testimony of aforesaid witnesses on priority basis preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
