The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, namely, Antareeksh Kalita, was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 22.05.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer on 25.05.2025 and has co- operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 22.05.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that he shall co-operate in the trial 4.
