The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 1 to 5 to remove the unauthorized occupation from Gata No. 339/0.506, which is recorded pond in revenue record, situated at Village and post- Darauli, Pargana & Tehsil- Safipur, District- Unnao, and further not to disturb/change the nature of remaining area of aforesaid pond." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has efficacious remedy for moving the application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in terms of the prescribed statute in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations.
