In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite party no.3 stand dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to conduct examination of petitioner and for declaration of result for B. Tech (C.S.E.) Third Semester of the Moradabad Institute of Technology affiliated with Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. 4. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a direction to concerned authority to decided his representation. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite parties No.2 & 3 i.e. Registrar, A.P.J, Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow & Chairman, Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad whichever is competent. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 6. With aforesaid observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
