Labour Commissioner, Ayodhya Region, Ayodhya." 3. Considering the fact that the recovery is to be effected by the District Magistrate, the respondent no.1 is directed to take steps for execution of the recovery certificate, if there is no legal impediment, in the form of any order passed by any competent court within a period of two months.
