05.03.2025 DL/9 Court No. 13 Sudipta CPAN 256 of 2023 In WPA 2516 of 2022 Bidhan Chandra Mohanta Versus Sridhar Pramanik, The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan 1. The D.I. of Schools is virtually present before this Court. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has made an application offline for transfer to the School Authorities, namely, the HOI of Montenswar Sagar Bela High School. 3. The HOI shall consider the said application and forward the same to the D.I. of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan, along with necessary observations. The D.I. shall examine the application receive from the HOI and after applying the rules in question forward the same to the School Service Commission for necessary action at their end. 4. It is expected that the above process is completed as expeditiously as possible. 5. The personal presence of the D.I. is dispensed with. 6. With aforesaid observations, CPAN 256 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 2 8.
