The Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that the representation of the applicant was decided by the Consolidation Commissioner vide his order dated 28.6.2024. The order dated 28.6.2024 has also been handed over to the Court which is taken on record. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
