That the learned family court awarded an amount of Rs. 10,000/- monthly maintenance from the date of order. That on 21.02.2025 the case was finally heard and this court was pleased to dictate in the open court before the counsel of parties that total of Rs. 14,000/- per month maintenance from date of application. When the order was uploaded, maintenance amount has been shown only Rs. 13,000/- per month from the date of application. 4) It is an admitted fact that on board a sum of Rs. 14,000/- was dictated(Rs. 3,500/- to applicant no 2 and 3 each and Rs. 7,000/- to applicant no. 1) but due to some inadvertence in the said order instead of Rs. 7000/- , Rs. 6000/- has been typed which has amounted to Rs. 13,000/- instead of Rs. 14,000/-. 5) Consequently, looking to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner as well as after perusing the order passed by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2025 it is directed that the amount Rs.13,000/- mentioned in para 06 of order dated 21.02.2025 shall now be read as Rs. Rs. 14,000/-( Rs. 3,500/- each to applicant no. 2 and 3 and Rs. 7,000/- instead of Rs. 6,000/- to applicant no. 1 thus a total of Rs. 14,000/-). 6) Accordingly, CRMP stands disposed of. 7) A copy of this order shall be made part of CRR and a copy of the same be also supplied along with order dated 21.02.2025. 8) CC as per rules. sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) JUDGE alfiza
