Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 4 and Mr. Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.5 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for permitting petitioner to take admission under Right to Education Act for the Academic Session 2025-26 in a private school near to petitioner's residence. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3 on the basis of instructions submits that portal for applications under Right to Education Act would be open soon under which petitioner can very well apply and would be considered. 4. In view of such submissions being made by learned counsel for answering opposite parties, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh Application under Right to Education Act for the Academic Session 2025-26 which shall be considered and decided by authority concerned in accordance with law. 5.
