The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1/Court concerned to decide the temporary injunction application under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC filed by the petitioner on 17.10.2023 in the Regular Suit No. 1037/2023 (Devendra Yadav Vs. Smt. Shivkumari and others) which is pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (SD), Ambedkar Nagar since 17.10.2023, within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the Court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
