The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a suitable order or direction commanding the Learned court below to decide the civil suit for Permanent injunction bearing O.S. No. 33/2018, Chilbil S/O Amber Vs. Mustaqeem S/O Nisar & Ors.', currently pending before court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Utraula, Balrampur, expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice: " 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite parties have not put in appearance and his application, filed for proceeding ex parte, is still pending. 4. In view of said statement, the present petition is petition is disposed of directing the trial court to proceed strictly in accordance with all expedition and to pass orders. In case, the opposite parties are not appearing, the suit shall be decided ex parte in accordance with law.
