Learned State Counsel submits on the basis of the said instruction that after trial, the applicant- Sohan Singh has been acquitted of the charges by the learned Additional District Judge/F.T.S.C., Haridwar, vide judgment and order dated 20.07.2024 in Sessions Trial No.155 of 2021 State Vs. Sohan, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present matter and it has become infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present C482 application is dismissed as infructuous.
