Learned senior counsel for respondents 2 and 3 has raised the issue of the maintainability of the petition before this Court and submits that the matter be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for adjudication. 2. The subject matter of this writ petition relates to the service dispute in respect of a post borne on the cadre of University of Kashmir. As such, in view of the Notification of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) dated 2nd August, 2024, is amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal Therefore the writ petition is directed to be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar 3. Registry is directed to transmit the record of the petition to the CAT, Bench, Srinagar well in time after retaining a soft copy thereof for record purpose. 4.
