The petitioner claimed to be displaced person under the Somasila Project. The Government issued G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Project Wing) Department, dated 15.04.1986 for providing appointment to eligible displaced persons in major and medium irrigation and power projects. In terms of the same, the petitioner’s - 'T^ 3 father late J.Venkataramana submitted an application on 07.08.1987 to the District level selection Committee, as per the list of eligible candidates, he was placed at serial No.71. Further, he died on 18.08.2020 without receiving any benefit of Government employment. The petitioner made an application to consider his case, in view of the death of his father. Considering the same, the petitioner was enlisted in second list along with others. Aggrieved by such bifurcation of list, petitioner along with others filed W.P.No.44648 of 2018 before this Court, which came to be disposed of directing the respondents to merge the lists and make it into single one and consider the seniority and eligibility criteria in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Project Wing) Department, dated 15.04.1986. Thereafter, the petitioner made several representations dated 16.08.2021, followed by, 15.05.2024, 08.10.2024, 16.11.2024 and as recently on 16.01.2025. However, there is no response to the same. Aggrieved by non-consideration of the same, petitioner preferred present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice for the present, to direct the respondents to consider the aforesaid representations and pass appropriate orders. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that petitioner’s representations will be considered in accordance with law. 4 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 16.08.2021, 15.05.2024, 08.10.2024, 16.11.2024 and 16.01.2025, in terms of entitlement under G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Project Wing) Department, dated 15.04.1986 and pass speaking orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
