The petitioner alleges interference and encroachment by respondent No.4 upon the petitioner's land bearing Gata No.389/1 and Gata No.389/2. However, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 says that construction is being undertaken on Gata No.484 and not on the petitioner's gata. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may avail other remedies as may be prescribed under law and if any proceeding for demarcation of his land are pending before the respondent No.3, then if there is no other legal impediment, the respondent No.3 shall conclude the proceedings at the earliest say within six weeks. If as a result of such demarcation, it is found that the construction has been undertaken by the respondent No.4 on the land of the petitioner, then remedial measures will have to be taken by the respondent No.4 unless the petitioner accepts compensation for the encroached land or agrees to sell it.
