Petitioner's counsel says that Form 10 has not been prepared under the Uttar Pradesh Abadi Survey and Record Operation Regulations, 2020 and the proceedings are at the stage of objections, therefore, he has submitted objections under Regulation 23, but, the same have not been decided as yet. 3. If such an application is maintainable and is referable to Section 23 of the Regulations, 2020, then, the same should be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law, at the earliest, but, after getting the facts verified. If the proceedings are not completed within 90 days from today, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again. 4. The petition is disposed of.
